Purchases
By placing an order from us, or buying in-clinic, this is on the basis that you fully accept our terms and conditions.
By placing an order you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you are at least 18 years of age.
We cannot guarantee that the site will be accessible at all times, and reserve the right to withdraw information and products without prior notice.
Medical information and advice provided by this site is for information purposes only and does not substitute the advice and treatment of a medical practitioner.
We contract to fulfil your order and deliver the goods to the delivery address given when you placed the order. For orders to the UK and Channel Islands, we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and, in most cases, orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days following dispatch. In some cases delivery may take longer and the customer must allow up to 14 days for receipt of their order.
Please note that you must sign for your order upon receipt. This is a contractual obligation on the part of the customer and is confirmation that the goods have been delivered to the addressee. Signed receipt of delivery must be made by the addressee.
Orders
The price payable for the goods is the price indicated on the website. Payment will be taken before dispatching the goods.
Customers must provide a valid billing address that matches the address to which their debit or credit card is registered. Failure to do so may result in the transaction being rejected by the payment provider. If an invalid address is provided, skiin may ask the customer to provide supporting documentation as proof of billing address, such as, a debit or credit card statement or a utility bill.
Goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. Delivery is charged at a small fee to the UK and Channel Islands, but further charges may apply for other destinations.
All orders are sent using a recorded delivery service and must be signed for upon receipt by the addressee. If the addressee is not present at the time of delivery, the order may be held at a local mail centre for collection or re-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for collection or re-delivery of the item. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned to skiin. If an item is returned, skiin will contact the customer to arrange re-delivery to the same or an alternative address. skiin reserves the right to charge the customer for postage costs for any re-delivery of items.
Delivery of items is done using a third party, so skiin cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. The majority of orders are delivered within 3-5 working days, however, customers must allow up to 14 working days for delivery before skiin will re-send an order.
Any orders that contain a prescription only item (a medicine) will require the customer to have a consultation with a member of our medical team. This will involve the customer providing personal information about their medical history and consenting to the use of the products. The customer will be advised as to the suitability of the products and on their proper use.
Orders containing prescription-only items, will only be dispatched once the customer has completed a consultation.
You agree to us acting as your agent in the delivery of the goods. The point of purchase is the United Kingdom, and you agree that the subsequent importation of all medicines is by yourself and for your own personal use.
skiin reserves the right to cancel any orders received at any time prior to dispatch of the goods. If skiin does cancel an order the customer’s card will be refunded.
Any order that contains a prescription request will only be dispatched once a consultation has taken place.
All products and packaging, where applicable, will be compliant with EU regulations. This will mean that in some instances the packaging and product will vary slightly from the products supplied in the US.
We regret that we cannot take back or refund products once opened. Whilst we try to ensure all non-prescription products have an expiry date beyond 6 months from the expiry date, we are unable to replace or refund 'out of date products' which have been delivered to you longer than 3 calendar months from the date of expiry. In the case of faulty products, please return the products so we may contact the manufacturer and assist you with a replacement and refund if appropriate.
Refused and undeliverable orders - All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present, failure to collect, will be refunded minus any delivery costs SKIIN has incurred in sending the order out to the patient.
If an order has not been collected in the allocated time and the patient wishes for it to be re-sent, we reserve the right to charge any additional postal costs.
Returns Policy
Please note that we cannot allow prescription products to be returned for a refund once they have been dispatched.
If you have unwanted prescription products, please take them to your local Pharmacy for safe disposal.
Regarding non-prescription products - If after receiving your goods, you decide that you no longer wish to use them, then you will have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are returned to us undamaged and unopened. We will give you a credit note upon receipt of the returned goods. We reserve the right to charge you for any postage and packaging costs incurred.
After signing for the package, should you subsequently find that any of your products are damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return the goods to us in their original packaging. We may issue you with a replacement product upon receipt of the returned goods.
Gift Cards
The card can only be used once, in one transaction.
Where the purchase price is in excess of the available balance on the card, the difference will need to be paid through any other payment means accepted at skiin clinic or at www.skiin.online.
Items purchased with the card at skiin clinic are subject to the same general purchase terms and conditions as any other items purchased at skiin. Items purchased with the card online via www.skiin.online are subject to the purchase conditions shown on that website.
The card is valid for 12 months post-dispatch.
Appointments
A non-refundable £20 deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit payment has been made & an email confirmation has been sent.
If you’re running behind schedule please ring ahead and let us know as late arrivals may have to rearrange.
Consultations are sessions with a medical professional. The outcome of the consultation may be information and advice that you are unsuitable for treatment for any reason and you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit.
You may reschedule upto 48 hours before your appointment is scheduled.
Note that you can only reschedule your appointment 40 days from the original appointment date. If unable to do so your appointment along with your deposit will be forfeited.
Treatments
It is essential that you respond openly honestly to all data requested on our medical history forms, and during the consultation process. SKIIN will not be held liable for any damage caused as a result of withheld information or failure to follow instructions from skiin.
For any treatment bookings, you are asked no to consume alcohol or recreational drugs 24 hours before or after your appointment. If you have consumed any substance you must alert your practitioner.
Post treatments, we recommend that you do not travel for at least 48 hours post-treatment. Please note, if any treatment complications arise we may not be able to assist you urgently if this is not adhered to.
Full payment of services will be requested on completion. In the event of collection enforcement, the client shall be liable for any costs associated with such collection, including, but not limited to, legal costs, solicitor’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
Please note that any requests for a refund due to, but not limited to: any complications that arise from not following pre/post-treatment advice, change of mind, failure to comply with what was discussed during the consultation or agreed to in the consent form - will not be fulfilled.
Upon booking an appointment with skiin, you understand and hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless T Bani Medical T/A skiin, DR TINA BANI and staff for individual results. Furthermore, results promised by the treatment/product cannot be guaranteed.
For student discounts, you will need to show a valid student ID to redeem. skiin has the right to decline discounts if appropriate.
Injectable consultations need to be redeemed against an injectable treatment within 6 months.
Prices and nature of our services can change without prior notice.
Terms of Entering Premises
skiin cannot accept responsibility for children on our premises
Please note that refunds will not be given for any other expenses you may incur.
The clinic can run behind schedule. If the clinic is running late you will not be entitled to a refund or transfer of your deposit.
We are taking measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 in line with government guidelines. You understand and accept that by entering our premises and undertaking treatments, there is an unavoidable potential risk of being exposed to COVID-19.
Please wash your hands on entry to the clinic, wear a facial covering until instructed otherwise, arrive on time for your appointment (not too early or late), and arrive alone.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend the clinic.
If you have been in contact with anyone with presumed, or confirmed, COVID-19 14 days prior to your appointment, please do not attend the clinic. Instead, please contact us ASAP to reschedule.
Please note, a recent viral infection (such as COVID-19), may increase your risk of experiencing hypersensitivity reactions from treatments.
We warrant that our products will be of satisfactory quality, and that our liability will be limited to the purchase price of the product.
Exclusion of liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions can limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We will not be liable in respect of any losses arising out of any event that is beyond our reasonable control, to include but not limited to: strikes, industrial action, civil commotion, natural disasters, government restrictions and legislation.
We will not be liable in respect of any loss, or corruption, of data, or software, that is beyond our reasonable control.
These terms and conditions are not intended for the benefit of third parties or to exclude any liability for third parties.
Complaints Procedure
If you are not happy with any aspect of the service provided, please let us know ASAP so that we can try and address your concerns as quickly as possible.
In the event of the concerns not being able to be addressed informally, formal complaints can be made in writing by emailing contact@skiin.online.
You will receive acknowledgment of your complaint within 2 days of its receipt. We will investigate your complaint, and respond appropriately to try and address your concerns. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, the skiin medical director will review your case.
For any complaints that result in any gestures of goodwill between skiin and the patient or customer, a signed agreement will need to be completed.

The term ‘skiin' or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered name is T BANI MEDICAL (T/A skiin).
Our company registration number is 09644934. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
